In case of any issue with an item, please inform the same to us within 7 days of receipt of the item via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
For a full refund, the item must be unopened from original packaging. The full refund shal be processed within 30 business days after item is received back. In case the full refund is approved due to ‘company error’, the return shipping costs shall also be borne by us. Please check with us to know which errors fall under the ‘company error’.
To return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the ‘My Account’ tab and Click ‘Return Item(s)’. We'll notify you via e-mail about the status of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
